1. Seller and contact

2. Product and compatibility

Nexus is a Windows 10/11 x64 desktop application. Features depend on the Windows build, hardware, drivers and available permissions. Some operations require administrator permission. There is no guaranteed FPS increase or latency reduction. Review changes before applying them and maintain your own backups. Restore applies only to supported settings; it does not recover deleted files.

3. Accounts and licenses

Use an email address you control and keep your account secure. One license activates one PC at a time. Term licenses run for the selected number of months from first activation. Renewals of a started license extend the later of its expiry or payment confirmation; prepaid time on an unactivated license is added to its term. Lifetime licenses have no scheduled expiry, but do not promise that online infrastructure will operate indefinitely.

4. Price, payment and delivery

The selected plan, duration, currency and payable amount are shown at checkout. Payment is handled by PayPal. Purchases are one-time payments, not automatic subscriptions. Access is issued after verified payment confirmation, which may take time. A license email is queued and the Windows download becomes available in My Account. Browser download restrictions may require an additional click.

5. Refunds and statutory rights

See the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights concerning withdrawal, non-delivery or non-conformity. Immediate delivery is requested separately at checkout; this implementation does not automatically waive statutory withdrawal rights.

6. Support and updates

Contact care@osnexus.eu or open a ticket. Update availability is shown in the app and on the changelog. Downloads require an active license. Installing an update is a separate, explicit action; the app does not silently replace itself. Any statutory obligations to provide necessary updates remain unaffected.

7. Responsible use

Use Nexus only on computers you own or are authorized to manage. Do not share license keys, bypass access controls or interfere with other users. Account restrictions for misuse do not extinguish mandatory consumer remedies.
