Controller and contact

Data processed

Account email, hashed password, verification status and timestamps; session/token hashes; license keys, device-binding hashes and device names; order references, amounts, currencies and PayPal transaction identifiers; support conversations; email delivery metadata and encrypted pending email contents. Hosting access/security logs may also contain IP addresses. The marketing demo does not scan your PC.

Purposes and bases

Account, license, delivery and support processing is necessary to provide the service and perform the contract. Security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests, subject to applicable safeguards. Financial records may be retained for legal obligations. Email verification and password recovery are service messages, not marketing subscriptions.

Storage and recipients

A browser session token is stored locally so you can stay signed in. The desktop session token is protected using Windows user-specific encryption. PayPal handles payment authentication; Nexus does not collect card numbers. Hosting and email providers process data needed to run these services. Complete the hosting/email providers and any relevant international transfers.

Retention

Verification links expire after 24 hours, password-reset links after 30 minutes and download authorizations after two minutes. These validity periods are not a promise that all related database records are immediately deleted. Sent email payloads are removed from the delivery queue; delivery metadata remains. Complete the actual account, support and statutory financial retention periods.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Identity verification may be necessary. Some financial/security records may need to be retained. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including ANSPDCP in Romania. Use a privacy ticket or care@osnexus.eu; do not send identity documents unless specifically required through an agreed secure channel.
